Before you send a request
Please include the Between Cats version and build, iOS version, device model, the status text shown in the app, any recovery reference, and the steps that led to the problem.
No app data is attached automatically. Please leave out passwords, purchase receipts, household exports, notes, and photos unless needed and specifically requested. Do not post private content in public GitHub issues.
We can help with
- startup and recovery references;
- missing records, failed sync, or an iCloud account change;
- caregiver invite, acceptance, revoke, or leave states;
- factual PDF or full-export failures;
- photo storage and removal;
- purchase, restore, refund, or revocation states;
- reminders and notification permission;
- VoiceOver, Larger Text, contrast, motion, or other accessibility problems.
Safety boundary
Support can explain how the app records and presents observations. It cannot interpret animal behavior or recommend treatment. For injury, sudden behavior change, blocked access to necessities, or a worsening safety concern, contact a veterinarian or qualified behavior professional.
